Seafood salad with Smoked Belly Carpaccio Carpaccio JC Mackintosh
Ingredientes
20g Focaccia
30 gr Smoked Tuna Loin Salad JC Mackintosh
30 gr Smoked Loin JC Mackintosh salad
0.2g Tobiko
1 gr mayonnaise base
0.01 gr Micromezclum
c/s Arbequina oil
Preparation
1. Toast the focaccia on both sides and add Russian salad evenly.
2. Place three slices of JC Mackintosh Smoked Ventresca Carpaccio on top in a staggered manner so that you take a slice in each bite.
3. We finish with a few small points of mayonnaise, flying fish roe, olive oil and some micro sprouts.
